Drink coolers were < 4 C. Ice cream freezer was < -18 C. No evidence of pests. The 2-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Bleach is available for sanitizing. The hot chocolate machine was maintained in a sanitary condition. General sanitation was satisfactory.
