Routine Inspection conducted:-
-Handsink in prep-area and washroom is supplied with hot & cold running water, soap & paper towel.
-Coolers - walk-in, prep, drinks - are less than 4C.
-Upright freezer is less than -18C.
-Hot holding unit is time tracked; left over slices are discarded after 2 hours.
-Sanitize solution available at 200 ppm quats at three comp. sink & spray bottles.
-No pest activity noted at the time of inspection.
Note:- Separate compartment is added to two comp. sink and 3-step manual warewashing is done as - wash, rinse & sanitize.
Ensure that chain plugs are available for all three sinks.
-General sanitation is satisfactory.
-Foodsafe certification verified.
