-Follow-up inspection February 23, 2023. -Both handwash stations were accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Bleach sanitizer spray bottles were labelled and tested at 100ppm to 200ppm. -Sauces are now placed in single use plastic bags for cooling. Operator stated the sauces are cooled in the freezer and are thawed in the cooler as needed. -Time tracking sheets were available for review for pizza storage at ambient temperature at the time of inspection. Pizza is discarded is not sold within 2 hours. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to COVID-19.
