- Broth cooled in freezer unit. Today broth found to be at temperatures less than 4 degrees Celsius in cooler unit
- Spray bottles have been obtained for Bleach/chlorine sanitizer solution; 200 ppm Chlorine found in spray bottles at time of inspection
- Holes have been filled
- Dry storage area has been organized; floors cleaned
- Knives in knife racks,Handle of cooler unit across from grill, Storage room floor,Inside coolers, Containers storing clean utensils have been cleaned

ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED:
- Some rodent droppings found in dry storage area, these were shown to staff and are to be cleaned tonight. Continue to monitor area for pest activity. Holes may not all be sealed in this area.
