Home-based PSE. Operates Tuesday to Friday by appointment. Hair salon is separate from residence and is located via a side entrance (upstairs loft area). Hair services only. No shaving/razor, no eyelash or brow tints. Hand washing sink has hot/cold water, liquid soap, and single use hand drying towels. Barbicide is used for combs. Extra barbicide available on site. Clippers are not used often. Provide clippercide - see above. Reviewed disinfection of brushes and scissors - use low level disinfectant. Hair washing sink has a backflow preventer (vacuum breaker is connected to hose). Use hot dry for laundering towels. Premises is clean. Copy of this report to be emailed to operator.
