Freezers - satisfactory.
No hot holding.
Operator on site has valid Food Safety certificate.
Food Safety plan - temperatures are being checked.
Hand washing - hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels are provided.
Chlorine in labelled spray bottles. Making fresh daily - use 1/2 to 1 tsp (2.5 - 5mL) plain bleach per liter of water to make 100-200ppm chlorine.
Both dishwashers have a hot water final sanitizing rinse (71C/160F measured inside of machine and machine label states 185F required on the final rinse water gauge).
Sanitation plan previously submitted.
Premises is clean and well organized.
Recommend pest monitoring as discussed.
