- Access to concession provided by City of Burnaby Maintenance Foreman - Concession is not currently being used/operated by user groups (soccer/baseball). No food present in concession at time of inspection. - Handsink supplied with hot and cold running water. Paper towel present in dispenser. Liquid soap dispenser present *needs to be re-filled prior to operating concession. - Fridge/freezer operational. Temperature was 0C/-18C Prior to using/operating concession: - Fill liquid soap dispenser at handsink (or provide separate liquid soap in pump style dispenser) - Supply sanitizer solution (eg. 1 oz household unscented bleach/ 1 gallon of water) - Wipe out fridge and freezer with sanitizer solution
