Premise not in operation at time of inspection. Premise still operates as a takeout and delivery business (tiffin service). Dining area has been setup but operator does intend to have dine in at this time. Note: high temperature dishwasher requires a part and servicing. A fully functional dishwasher will be required for dine in services. Contact your district environmental health officer if you have any questions or concerns.

When in operation prepare and have available for use a 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution. General sanitizer solution formula: 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water.
