-Follow-up inspection o September 24, 2018. -3-compartment sink was prepared with 200ppm bleach at the time of inspection. Test strips available on-site. Bleach concentration must be tested daily to verify proper strength. -Prep cooler has been served and refrigeration gas was added to the unit. Cooler was at 3C. -Probe thermometer has been purchase to verify the internal temperature of foods. -Temperature are now checked and recorded daily. Keep temperature records on-site for at least 3 months (in case of complaints). -Chemical containers were properly labelled. -Did not observe any hand hygiene issues at the time of inspection. Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
