Follow-up inspection:
Raw bean sprouts were stored in a cooler at time of inspection.
In-use rice paddles were stored in ice water.
Staff were using cloths soaked in bleach sanitizer for wiping food contact surfaces, and storing the in-use wiping cloths in bleach sanitizer in between uses.
Operator cleaned up all mouse droppings.
Both storage rooms were very well organized.
