Routine inspection
- Kitchen not in operation during time of inspection. Service begins next week on Monday.

- All handsinks fullly equipped with liquid soap, paper towel and hot/cold running water
- Two compartment sink with plugs available for manual dishwashing
- Bleach surface sanitizer measured to be at 200ppm
- Takeout containers available and stored off the floor in bags
- Standing cooler measured to be at 4C
- Standing freezer measured to be at -18C
- All food items are observed to be stored off the floor and covered
- Ventilation hood in sanitary condition
- Premises in sanitary condition
- No pest activity detected during inspection
- Operator indicated no changes to floor plan since last inspection, but upgraded to a newer stove and larger standing fridge. Some menu items served include salads, chicken wraps, and pasta.
