Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # RWOG-BCWTQW of Jun-07-2019 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: 1) Sanitizer measures 100ppm quats at the wall dispenser. Verified by both operator and inspector's test strips. 2) Interior of ice machine has minor biofilm build up Correction: 1) Have sanitizer dispenser repaired so it dispenses 200ppm quats. Chef stated that they will use a 100ppm bleach sanitizer in the mean time (5mL unscented household bleach in 2.5L of water). 2) Clean and sanitize interior of ice machine.
