Routine inspection
- Hand sink stocked w/soap + paper towels
- Coolers </=4C Freezers </=-18C
- Quats sanitizer available at 200ppm conc.
-General sanitation is good

** noted some old rodent dropping in back storage room- clean and monitor for any activities
** noted clutters in the back that can contribute to harborage of rodents- de clutter and discard any items that are not used in daily operation
**Discussed: proper manual dishwashing: wash (detergent, hot water) Rinse clean water and sanitize by soaking in sanitizer (ie: bleach 1 oz in 1 gallon) for 2 mintues and air dry in dish racks
Do not wash anything in hand washing sink ( staff reported washing in hand wash sink)
