Liquid soap and paper towel provided. Corrective Action(s): Ensure water temperature is under 49 C (ideally 38 C) to allow for proper handwashing. Sink has premix valve that runs too hot during the slow periods of operation and cooler while the dishwasher is operating. Adjust temperature to handsink or change handsink with adjustable taps/temperature knobs. Violation Score: 3
