Observation: There is no hot water at front hand sink.
Correction: Provide hot water at front area hand sink as soon as possible.

Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: There is only cold water at hand sink in pizza prep area (no hot water from faucet). The faucet at the back area triple sink only has hot water (cold water faucet cannot be turned on).
Correction: Food handling staff must have easy access to a designated hand washing sink with hot and cold water under pressure. Correct as soon as possible and provide timeline for providing hot water at hand sink and repair of cold water faucet at triple sink.
