Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer solution absent in 3 compartment sink while dishwashing was in practice
-staff stated dishwashing is done with wash & rinse steps only
Corrective action: fill up the 3rd sink with bleach solution and verify the concentration is 100-200 ppm with test strips.
