2) Larger two-compartment sink still needs to be plumbed in
3) Shelves with raw wood still need to be painted with a sealant.
Corrective Action(s): 1) All dry ingredient bins must fit in the new two-compartment sink. Bins must be able to be fully submereged.
2) Install a large, stainless steel, two-compartment sink large enough to fully submerge dry ingredient bins.
3) Finish raw wooden shelves with a sealant.

Correct items #1 & #2 by: 3 weeks.
