Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer at 0-50 ppm. Refilled sanitizer spray bottle manually to 200 ppm quats. Discussed manually mixing quats sanitizer at third compartment sink for warewashing. Use test strips to check.
