* A tray of eggs was found stored on the top shelf in the upright cooler at Rosewood/Marwood. The egg tray was moved to the bottom shelf at the time of inspection. Remind staff to always store eggs or any other raw meats etc. on the bottom shelf below any cupcakes, juices or any other ready to eat foods. * Ensure to keep a separate log sheet for every year for recording cooler and dishwasher final rinse temperatures. * Reminder to disinfect common touch surfaces ( door knobs, counter tops, tables and chairs, fridge handles, taps etc.) frequently throughout the day * Any staff showing signs of illness ( respiratory or GI) must not handle foods and or serve foods and beverages to residents. * Recommended using precooked sausages or bacon instead of raw sausages/bacon to prevent the risk of cross contamination * Ensure that FOODSAFE certification for all food handling staff are up to date.
