Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # ADIG-CDVT9E of Apr-27-2022 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Cook making foods and roasts during the inspection. Quat sanitizer between 0-50ppm QUAT from 2 spray bottles and from dispenser on the wall. No other sanitizer available in the facility. No bleach bottles available. Correction: Please pick up some bleach and make sanitizer according to Fraser Health Food Safe instructions for mixing. Or as per bottle label for 100ppm. Have your contractor adjust Quat dispenser to be at minimum 200ppm Quat. Please use to clean slicer after use, prep table cutting boards and other food contact surfaces especially making raw meats and seafoods. Recommend separate cutting boards for raw meats and other items such as salads. Date to be completed by: Picking up bleach - today. Fixing Quat dispenser: this month.

Wall dispenser is dispensing at 200ppm Quat, thank you. Operator cleaned basement area potential droppings, likely old. Droppings have not reappeared. Area seems to have improved. Operator is monitoring the situation. Thank you. Please keep up sanitation and maintenance for prevention. Recommend traps at back door along the walls for prevention.
