Thermometers in place. - Ice machine satisfactory. Scoop stored in proper manner. - 200ppm QUATS available in dishwashing sink, as well as in a bucket to hold wiping rags. - Traps in place. Professional pest control company contracted. - Food stored in pest proof containers and off the floors. General maintenance and sanitation of the facility satisfactory throughout.
