*Follow-up to inspection conducted on September 21, 2018 (Report #MLOO-B4TR3Z) - Display cooler #1 at 7C - Display cooler #2 at 8C - Display coolers are able to reach 4C (according to temperature logs) but it takes too long to recover - May need to replace - Continue to maintain 2 hour rule for all perishable foods. Discard all perishable foods held > 4C for more than 2 hours. - Will contact school board food and nutrition to discuss plans for moving forward
