Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # GNAH-CPP286 of Mar-06-2023 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Glass washer lacks sanitizer. Tested for IODIN and got zero residue. Operator will wash and sanitize glasses in glass washer downstairs for today. Correction: Repair the glass washer so that IODIN 12.5- 25 ppm is dispensed at the final rinse. Date to be corrected by: March 7th,2023

Follow-up inspection IODINE 12.5-25 ppm detected in glass washer final rinse water. Please ensure to obtain a test kit so IODINE residue at the final rinse can be tested and verified. Test daily and record. Fruit fly concerns discussed with facility manager. No issues noted at this date
