-Back kitchen sanitation has improved. Cardboard is already soaked through. Ensure cardboard is changed daily.
-Deep fryer area has been cleaned
-Handsink fully supplied
-Sanitizer noted 100 ppm chlorine in back kitchen.
-Liners on chest freezers have been replaced
-Raw meats stored separately from ready to eat foods. All foods appear covered.
