Observation: Dishwasher was serviced today but a part is still on order and sanitizer is not being automatically dispensed into machine.
Corrective Action(s): Until the dishwasher is fixed, continue to make sure that all dishes and utensils are washed, rinsed, sanitized (using 100ppm chlorine for 2 minutes) and air dried. When dishwasher is fixed, it must provide at least 50ppm on the utensils after the final rinse.
