Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Surface sanitizer in spray bottle had no residual concentration of sanitizer/quats.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Obtain test strips so you can test the sanitizer yourself to ensure it reaches 200 ppm QUATS.
2) If sanitizer dispenser is not functioning properly, you will need to switch to bleach (1/2 tsp bleach per 1 liter of water) until the quat sanitizer can be repaired.
