Observation: Glass dishwasher iodine sanitizer detected less than 12.5 ppm. At least 12.5 ppm iodine sanitizer must be detected at the plate to disinfect dishware. Ideal concentration is 12.5 ppm to 25 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Repair this unit and test dishwasher daily to ensure at least 12.5 ppm iodine sanitizer can be detected. In the mean time use the working main kitchen dishwasher and do not use this unit until it is repaired. Correction required in 5 days.
