Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-CJUSNA:

- Back handwashg station fully stocked with hand soap, cold/hot running water, single-use paper towels in dispenser to properly wash hands.
- All presoaked noodles in ice water. Temperature was measured < 4C.
- Please note that all presoaked noodles and raw ingredients must be stored at < or = 4C in ice water or inside coolers. If the operator does not meet this requirement, all presoaked food items must be stored inside coolers at < or = 4C. Obtain a probe thermometer to monitor the food items throughout the day.
- The decal on the Operating Permit is still expired. Operator cannot locate a valid decal. Please call the billing department to order a replacement decal. The Operating Permit with a valid decal must be posted in a conspicuous area. Billing department contact information provided.
