Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Walk-in cooler was at 5C to 6C.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure walk-in cooler is maintained at or below 4C on a consistent basis. Cooler unit was adjusted and was at 4C at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was adjusted to 4C at the time of inspection.
-Pizza prep cooler was at 2C to 4C (bottom has been disconnected and only top is currently used).
-Prep cooler by stove was at 4C (only bottom is being used).
-Chest freezers were at -16C and -14C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Bleach prepared at 100ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer pail properly labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the floor and covered. Raw meats stored below ready-to-eat foods.
*Old flour was found to have flour beetles. Ensure foods which are no longer used for the business are discarded.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Cardboard lining pizza rack is changed at the end of each day.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and well maintained.
-Operator FoodSafe Level 1 valid until May 8, 2023.
