Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Automatic quat dispenser was malfunctioning as unit was not able to dispense enough sanitizer. Quat spray bottles had 0ppm of quat sanitizer inside. At least 200ppm of QUATS is required for sanitizing food contact surfaces. This level will kill pathogens that can make customers sick.
Corrective Action(s): Until dispenser is repaired, sanitizer must be dispensed by hand and concentration verified using test strips. Measure the concentration of all sanitizing solutions on a daily basis to ensure food contact surfaces are sanitized.

Observation: 1: Automatic quat dispenser was malfuctioning and therefore not capable of dispensing appropriate/required concentration of QUATS sanitizer.
2: One fluorescent light fixture was not working in storage room. Illumination is not adequate to ensure adequate cleaning of the premisis.

Corrective Action(s): 1: Repair the dispenser unit. Until repaired, staff to add sanitizer by hand and test to verify concentration
2: Fix the light fixture
