Scoop with handle obtained for dispensing bulk flour.
Display cooler by teriyaki sauce has been removed since last station and food (chicken, green onions) will be stored in the existing two door cooler by deep fryer.
Duct tape and cardboard removed from handsink. Kitchen handwash sink has been replaced - hot, cold running water, soap and paper towel available, adequate sink size
Owner shall be adding tile as back splash in the future - no issue
Chest freezer is also replaced and is working at -20C.
Bleach sanitizer is at 100ppm and bleach bottle is labelled.
Cleaning completed but please pay more attention to grease build up under cooking line in the future.
