302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Quats sanitizer measured under 200 ppm (150 ppm noted) at both the dishsink and the sani-bucket in front. Main reservoir empty or near empty possibly affecting feed rate of quats concentrate. Discussed with operator and replacement on order (nine in stock). Corrective Action(s): Replace bag, reprime system and verify 200 ppm solution dispenses. Until such time that the replacement bag arrives, switch to bleach solution (1 ounce bleach to one gallon water for 100 ppm) for dishes and surface sanitizing. 1/2 tsp for 1 litre of water in sani-buckets will also provide 100 to 200 ppm solution. Verify on re-inspection date noted on report. Violation Score: 5

Leak in pipe in ceiling needs to be fixed. Discussed with operator and it is from AC unit and landlord is in process of correction problem. OK.
