Observation: Dishwasher and sanitizer buckets use lemon scented bleach. This product stated it is not meant for cleaning and cannot be used to sanitize food contact surfaces.
Correction: Obtain a bleach product that states on the label that it can be used for sanitizing and cleaning food contact surfaces. Date to be corrected: immediately
