Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # RLAM-B9JRMM of Feb-19-2019 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Dishwasher and sanitizer buckets use lemon scented bleach. This product stated it is not meant for cleaning and cannot be used to sanitize food contact surfaces. Correction: Obtain a bleach product that states on the label that it can be used for sanitizing and cleaning food contact surfaces. Date to be corrected: immediately
