Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bar cooler (whipped cream and milk storage) is keeping food at 14C (food and air temperature).
Corrective Action(s): Three cans of whipped cream and one jug of milk discarded during inspection. Store all dairy in bar in bar cooler which is keeping 4 C temperture. All potentially hazardous foods must be kept at 4 C or colder.

Routine check:
Provide written food safety plans to me for review. These must include temperatures and corrective actions. Information provided (booklet).
Sanitation plan and cleaning schedule is available.
Coolers in kitchen and walk in cooler are at 4 C or colder.
See above regarding bar cooler.
No hot holding today.
Food is defrosted in the cooler.
Hand washing stations have liquid soap and paper towels.
Quats sanitizer is used for counters and food contact surfaces.
Glassware washer and the main kitchen dishwasher both have chlorine sanitizing rinse. Check daily using your test strips (50ppm required).
Food storage areas are clean and well-organized.
