Inspection of Main LMH Kitchen All hand-sinks equipped with liquid soap, paper towel dispenser, and nail brushes. All cooling refrigeration units registered 4 degrees C or less. Walk-in freezer registering -18 C or less. Chilled assembly room temperature at 10 C. Dry storage area appears to be clean and well organized. Ostro San QUAT sanitizer measured at 200 ppm in third sink. Dishwasher final rinse registered 76.0 degrees C at plate surface. Sanitizer monitoring logs are up to date. Temperature logs are up to date. All staff wore hair nets and clean aprons. Food handling practices satisfactory. No signs of pests noted at time of inspection.
