Observation: The following conditions were observed that may allow for the enterance of pests:
1) Gap around piping under three compartment sink
2) Broken door sweep under rear door
3) Gap under door leading to electrical room
Corrective action: Seal all above noted areas (also as recommended by pest control company). Install door sweeps under noted doors.

Observation: Food debris, grease, dust build up throughout premises. Areas include (but are not limited to) under prep tables, inside under counter cooler, under shelves/corners of walk-in cooler, under dry storage, etc. These conditions may result in the cross contamination of food and attract pests.
Corrective action: deep clean all above noted areas throughout premises.

-Hot held food items > 70 deg. C
-3 compartment sink available and in good working order
-no pest activities observed
-pest control company conducts monthly inspections
-Laundry on site
-peroxide multi surface disinfectant used (3500ppm).
