Observation: The metal storage shelf is worn out and rusted badly.

Observation: Sealed ham rounds (approx. 25) were found stored in cardboard boxes that were previously used for storing raw poultry.
According to the operator these hams were purchased from Davis Meats in Abbotsford.
Corrective Action(s): Hams must be property labelled and shipped in clean new cardboard boxes. As a precaution to prevent cross contamination, all rounds must be dipped in 200 ppm chlorine sanitiizer solution for at least 5 minutes. After air drying the packages, they must be stored in new clean card board boxes. (Immediately).

Poultry is obtained from inspected sources.
Other meats sold from Walters include venison (Farm deer from New Zealand) and beef bone.

*The temperature logs for cooler and freezers must be maintained daily.

Numero Uno de-greaser is used to clean floors
Avmor 3 in 1 cleaners is used for cleaning equipment.
200 ppm chlorine bleach used for sanitizing meat contact surfaces, cutting boards and equipment.

General sanitation is satisfactory.
