Corrective Action(s): This should be cleaned and sanitized after use, or after every 4 hours if in continuous use. Staff cleaned and sanitized at time.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer pail < 10 ppm chlorine detectable.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer should be changed out frequently (depends on usage); use your test strips to verify it is 100 - 200 ppm chlorine. Staff remade solution at time to ~ 200 ppm.
