Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Turkey bacon: ~16C. Cut tomatoes: ~15C. Cut cucumbers: ~16C Cut onions: ~16C.
All food items mentioned were stored in unplugged prep cooler. Staff said the cooler was broken (freezing issues, temperature could not be adjusted).
Corrective Action(s): The item listed were discard as they have been stored at room temperature (~16C) for over 2 hours (Items were put in to the prep cooler from the glass cooler or were prepared at 11:30am.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Cheese grater was found with food debris stuck on it. It was stored in one of the cupboards. 2) Empty squeeze bottles for sauces were stained with grease/sauce residues. They were found in one of the cupboards.

Observation: Prep cooler was unplugged at the time of inspection. Staff stated it was freezing the foods inside so he turned it off. Temperature adjustment was broken as stated by staff.
Corrective Action(s): fix the prep cooler. In the meantime do not store any potentially hazardous foods. Store in the glass cooler instead.

-Freezers were at -18C or lower.
-QUATS sanitizer available at 200ppm in spray bottle.
-High temperature dishwasher reached 78.9C at plate's level during final rinse.
-Hot holding unit food internal temperature was over 60C.
-Handwash station available with hot & cold running water, liquid handsoap and single-use paper towels.
-Probe thermometer and cooler thermometers were available.
-Food storage ws adequate in containers with lids.
-Washroom is clean with adequate handsink and handwashing supplies.
NOTE: Owner is looking to sell the place to another person. Tentative owner change will be in ~2 months.
