Follow up to Intial inspection: Construction completed. Premise built according to revised plans dated March 18,2024. Copy of approved March 18,2024 plans issued to operator. Premise is sanitary. No signs of pest. Pest control company providing service is Apna pest control Ltd. Hot and cold water available. Dedicated hand sink with liquid soap and paper towels in use. Equipment in working order. Ice machine is sanitary with dedicated scoop. Stored in a clean container. 400ppm Quat sanitizer available Bleach sanitizer available on site. Main dishwasher final rinse at 100ppm chlorine solution. Glass washed final rinse at 12.5 ppm Iodine at the plate. Coolers at 4C and below Freezers at -18C and below Recommedations: 1) For Janitor sink, a back flow prevently is required if a hose bib or attachment is to be used to prevent cross connection hazards. 2) Men's washroom could use one extra soap and paper towel dispenser for easily access. 3) Ensure all remaining construction material are removed before service: wall siding, wiring and cabinets.
