Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bowl of cooked rice stored in container with lid on counter observed at 26 C.
Corrective Action(s): Bowl of cooked rice was discarded. Ensure all potentially hazardous foods are stored at 4 C or below to prevent growth of bacteria and their toxins.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Spray bottle of chlorine mixture for food contact surfaces observed over 200 ppm. The chlorine test strip bleached.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer was discarded and staff was shown how to make a 100 ppm chlorine mixture by using 1 tsp of bleach for every 1 litre of water.

Daycare located in apartment complex with a small kitchen.

Corrections Needed:
- Please submit an updated Food Safety Plan to include rice, spaghetti, and macaroni and cheese.

Observations During Inspection:
- Hand sink stocked with hot/cold water, soap, and paper towel.
- Fridge holding 4 C or below
- Freezer holding -18 C
- Domestic Dishwasher
- Kitchen maintained in good sanitary condition
- No signs of pests
- Foodsafe certified staff present
- Food prepared include (frozen waffles, rice, plain spaghetti, chicken nuggets, macaroni and cheese, cereal with milk, crackers and fruit)
- Food contact surfaces stored in sanitary manner
- Cooler units equip with thermometers
