Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Several packs of moldy food displayed for sale and photos were taken. 11 packs garlic, 2 full boxes of garlic, 1 pallet oranges, 1 coconut, ginger.
Corrective Action(s): Store is to conduct a full audit of the foods displayed for sale and to discard any that have visible mold growth or contamination. Do not sell moldy food. A re-inspection will be conducted to verify the foods have been discarded and destroyed in view of a health officer. Products placed on hold.

-All foods stored outside under black tarp were intended to be donated to an unnamed farm. Photos taken.
-Correction order issued to not move or relocate foods stored under the black tarp and to verify if packaged strawberry and fresh peeled garlic require refrigeration.
