Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food contact surface sanitizer not available for the front serving area. Operator stated 200 ppm quaternary ammonium sanitizer is only prepared for the front area during the dinner rush.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure 200 ppm quaternary ammonium sanitizer is available at the front area at all time during oeprations. Operator fill the bucket with 200 ppm quaternary ammonium sanitizer at the time of inspection.
