Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A tray of sliced buk choy double stacked on top of the inserts at the Preparation Cooler -at room temperature
Corrective Action(s): Discarded the buk choy

Only ONE level of preparation cooler inserts is allowed to maintain foods below the fill-line

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A large container of sweet & sour sauce meat sauce at room temperature (24 deg C internal). Operator indicates it was forgotten and was supposed to be placed in the hot hold device
Corrective Action(s): Discarded the sweet & sour sauce

Maintain hot held foods at or above 60 deg C

Observation: Two handwash sinks are deficient: bar handsink has plumbing issues and is not working at all, handsink near dishwasher has no paper towels properly dispensed (the paper towel roll is the wrong size for the dispenser)

NOTE: this is a REPEAT infraction from the last May 26, 2022 Routine inspection -Correction Order issued

Remove the microwave in the dry storage if it is not in use

Observation: AGAIN observed cardboard shelf/floor/wall liners in the restaurant -on the trolleys, on the walls in kitchen (splashguard?), on the floors in front of the cooking line/dishwashing area.

Also observed food wrap on the trolleys as a surface liner

NOTE: this was observed in the last routine inspection on May 26, 2022 -Correction Order issued
Corrective Action(s): Do not use single use products as floor/wall/shelf liners (ie. paper, cardboard, newspaper, food wrap). You MUST be cleaning and sanitizing as necessary
