Handwashing stations are equipped with liquid soap and paper towels. Walkin cooler at 4c and equipped with thermometer. Temperature logs are available. Freezer at -18c. (note: new freezer just bought last week) Dishwasher reached 77c at dish level. All food items and equipment is located off the floor. Dry food storage area is in sanitary condition. The following requires your attention: 1. The ceiling tiles need cleaning. 2. Ensure to document temperatures for cooler and freezer when kitchen is in use.
