Follow up inspection conducted Faucet connection for hand washing in the kitchen area has been repaired. Level of cockroach activity appeared to have decreased. Higher activity was noted around the wall by the dishwasher area. Operator has contacted a contractor to seal the gaps along the baseboard of the wall area. Owner has an active contract with a pest control company. Ensure pest company provides service at least once every 2 weeks. Copy of pest records must be kept on-site. Sanitation in the kitchen area was satisfactory. Ensure sanitation level is maintained at the current level or better to rectify the cockroach problem.
