-200 ppm QUATS sanitizer detected at beverage mixing stations and sanitizer bucket through out facility - regular replenishing of sanitizer solution through out shift
-200 ppm QUATS at sanitizer dispenser
-Mixing utensils for donut sauces stored in water that is changed every half hour or sooner
-High temp dishwasher noted: 72 C at the plate
-All hand sinks fully supplied with hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel.
***No garbage available at central back handwashing station - recommend garbage available within arms reach of hand wash stations
-Regular staff handwashing observed during inspection
-No signs of pest activity noted during inspection
-General sanitation satisfactory
