Routine inspection conducted and following observations were made: - Handsinks in kitchen and washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - Walk-in cooler is measured at less than 4C - Upright storage freezer is measured at less than -18C - Two compartment sink is available for warewashing - Food contact surface sanitizer is available in a labelled bucket and is measured at 200ppm chlorine residual (bleach solution) - No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection - Food storage practices are satisfactory - FoodSafe level 1 verified.
