Comments

-Hand washing station is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Coolers (walk-in, preps) are ≤ 4°C
- Freezers (stand-up, chests) are ≤ -18°C
- High temperature dishwasher is available. Final rinse temperature reached 73 oC at the plate level.
- Dry storage areas are maintained
- Ice machine is clean. Ice scoop is stored properly.
- Ventilation hood is maintained. Professional service appointment arranged.
- No signs of pests observed during inspection
-New sanitizer is in place proper concentration (Ecolab is provided)
- Premise is well lit
- Permit is posted

Covid-19 -Safety- noted alcohol is being used to spay on all hard surfaces ( light switches, chairs, doors )- Tables are set based on physical distancing ( 2 meter apart from the back of each chairs) - noted staff wearing masks, hand sanitizers available in several locations - notes are put re: not lining to use washrooms
