There's a build-up of debris along the lines. Correction: Remove the ice and thoroughly clean the inside of the ice machine.

On Follow-Up: Sandwich cooler temperature is 4 degC Ice machine has been cleaned. CLEAN THE EDGES AS WELL. Outstanding Issue: Fix the leak under the 2nd compartment of the 3-compartment sink. Clean the inside edge of this compartment to remove the glue debris. *report reviewed, not signed*
